MTseller is the operator of https://www.mtseller.com. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement in order to protect each other and to set expectations regarding our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock accounts on our website, but from time to time there may be an inventory discrepancy and we will not be able to process all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with the available products and contact you to find out if you would prefer to wait for the restocking of the out-of-stock item or if you would prefer us to issue a refund.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated during payment according to the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with purchase.

This price will be the final price of the shipping costs for the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return due to change of mind

MTseller will gladly accept returns due to change of mind as long as a return request is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in resale condition.

Return shipping costs will be paid at customer's expense and will need to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this is complete via email.

(MTseller) will refund the value of returned goods but will NOT refund the value of any paid shipping.

3.2 Returns under warranty

MTseller will be happy to honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the items.

Customers will need to prepay the return shipping cost, but we will refund you if a warranty claim is successful.

Upon receipt of the items for the warranty claim, you can expect MTseller to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim has been confirmed, you will have the choice between:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a store credit refund

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

4. Terms of delivery

4.1 Transit times at national level

Usually domestic shipments are in transit for 10-30 days

4.2 International transit time

Typically, orders shipped overseas are in transit for 20-60 days. This varies greatly depending on the email service you have selected. We are able to give you a more accurate estimate when choosing your courier at checkout.

4.3 Shipping time

Orders are usually shipped within 2-8 business days of order payment.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours, except holidays, when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

4.4 Change of delivery address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order is dispatched.

4.5 Shipping by PO box

MTseller will not ship to PO We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

4.6 Shipping to military address

We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We cannot offer this service using courier services.

4.7 Out of stock items

If an item is out of stock, we will wait until the item is available before shipping your order. The existing items in the order will be reserved pending this item.

4.8 Delivery time exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us so that we can investigate.

5. Notifications follow-up

During shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the carrier.

6. Packages damaged in transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

9. Insurance

Packages are insured against loss and damage up to the value indicated by the carrier.

9.1 Process for packages damaged in transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the carrier completes their investigation of the claim.

9.2 Process for packages lost in transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier investigates and finds the package lost.
